Discounts per Month (the earlier you book the greater the discount)

22% Discount: Book before February 15, 2026.

18% Discount: Book between February 16, 2026, and March 15, 2026.

14% Discount: Book between March 16, 2026, and April 15, 2026,

A deposit of half of your stay is required.

Dates changes and cancellations can only be made up to 10-days prior to arrivals.

Not valid for groups and cannot be combined with any other Discounts or Specials.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

10 or more days prior to arrival is a $35 cancellation fee. Less than 10 days prior to arrival would be the total of the first night's stay and the balance would be refunded

Available for Partial View rooms with Two Queen Size beds.

Rate is based on double occupancy and up to 4 people in total. Children under 12 are free.

Check in is any time after 3:00 p.m. and checkout is 3:00 p.m. Not available for group discount.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Cancellations must be made prior to seven days before arrival date. With seven days' notice or more, we will refund your deposit minus $ 35.00 cancellation fee. If less than seven days' notice is given, you will forfeit the first nights rate plus tax.
